Experience

Linking R&D, quality and operations.

Roger combines a strong scientific foundation with extensive experience across R&D, manufacturing, quality leadership and external supply networks. Alongside a degree and PhD in chemistry from the University of York, he spent several years in upstream and downstream R&D, method development and claims support.

His subsequent work has covered product development, scale-up, manufacturing, quality systems and third-party operations. He has also led a large, multi-site QMS transformation spanning manufacturing, R&D and wider business functions. This gives him an end-to-end perspective from scientific evidence through to market.
